I offer individual diagnostic evaluations for AD/HD and Learning disorders. Age‑appropriate assessments include clinical interviews, standardized cognitive/academic tests, behavior ratings, and collateral information (school records, caregiver reports). Reports provide diagnoses when present and practical, evidence‑based recommendations for education (IEP/504), accommodations, treatment, medication decisions, referrals, and home/school strategies.
Appointments by referral or self‑request; remote and in‑person options (for initail intakes only). All testing is Ccnfidential, objective, and collaborative.

Out-of-pocket costs vary depending on insurance and individual needs. During the initial consulation we will discuss individual insurance policies and out-of-pocket costs.
Without insurance, a typical AD/HD evaluation is $600 and a comprehensive Learning Disorder evaluation is $1250. Please note that most insurance companies do not pay for learning Disorder evaluations.
